Breast-cancer drug taken by thousands of women doubles the risk of womb cancer

Researchers from St Vincent's Hospital Group, Dublin, found that taking tamoxifen for 10 years rather than five raises the risk of endometrial cancer from 1.5 per cent to 3.5 per cent.
