Eastbourne 11-year-old marches down a residential street brandishing a huge knife

A youth, who 'looks no older than 12', wedged a knife (inset) in to a tree stump in Eastbourne, East Sussex on Saturday. A passerby took the knife before the gang of six returned for the weapon.
