Man dies 'in a fight with Afghans' in Germany just two weeks after first stabbing ‘by migrants’

The 22-year-old suffered heart failure and died after a fight broke out in a playground in Koethen, east Germany. Police said the 'concrete circumstances' of the death are still unknown.
