Ten-week-old French mastiff puppy Chipper is returned to his owner after he was dognapped

Stolen puppy Chipper has been returned safely to his Texas home. Around 10pm Wednesday night, Chipper's owner Matt Ivy, made the announcement on Facebook about the puppy's return.
